NOS ÉLÈVES À NEW YORK
Depuis 4 jours, nos élèves de 2nde Pro Métiers de l’Énergie, 1ère et Terminale STI2D du lycée d’Alzon Nîmes vivent une expérience enrichissante à New York ! Entre immersion scolaire au East Side Community High School et découverte du monde professionnel avec @ase_hvac , ils échangent avec des élèves américains et explorent le fonctionnement d’une entreprise locale, enrichissant ainsi leur parcours scolaire et professionnel.
Le programme inclut aussi des visites culturelles marquantes. À Ellis Island et Liberty Island , ils ont plongé dans l’histoire de l’immigration aux États-Unis. Autre moment fort du séjour : assister à un gospel à Harlem , une expérience vibrante et pleine d’émotion.
Ce projet, alliant apprentissage et ouverture sur le monde, est rendu possible grâce à nos enseignants et partenaires. Un grand merci à eux ! La suite du séjour réserve encore de belles découvertes.
OUR STUDENTS IN NEW YORK
For four days, our 2nd-year Pro Energy, 1st and final-year STI2D students from Lycée d’Alzon Nîmes have been experiencing an enriching journey in New York! Through school immersion at East Side Community High School and professional discovery with ASE HVAC, they are engaging with American students and exploring how a local business operates, broadening both their academic and professional horizons.
Their itinerary also includes major cultural visits. At Ellis Island and Liberty Island they delved into the history of immigration to the United States. Another unforgettable moment was attending a gospel performance in Harlem , a truly powerful and moving experience.
